Liteboxer Go

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a Liteboxer Go, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. 

Please note, all items included in your purchase must be undamaged and returned in order to receive a refund. 

Liteboxer Floor Stand and Wall Mount

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a Liteboxer Floor Stand or Liteboxer Wall Mount, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact Liteboxer Support within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Please note, all items included in your purchase must be undamaged and returned in order to receive a full refund. First-time purchases only. Return shipping charges may apply.

Apparel

Any unwashed/unworn items purchased through our online shop, excluding final sale items, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a return, please contact Liteboxer Support. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
