If you no longer have access to your membership content when working out in Liteboxer, the payment method registered to your account may have been declined, or your Membership may have recently been canceled. If the former, please reach out to your bank or financial institution for more information as to why your payment method may have been declined, or add a new payment method to your account.
If you signed up through Litesport.com, you can renew your membership or update your payment method by logging in to members.litesport.com/login with your account information.
If you signed up in-app through Meta's subscription services, they offer a variety of ways to update your membership and related payment information.
