Litesport is designed to emulate shadow boxing and is not designed to work alongside physical Liteboxer products. When punching Liteboxer Wall Mount or Liteboxer Floor Stand, boxing gloves are required. Boxing gloves are not required for Litesport; hand tracking or controllers can be used instead.
