This article outlines what to do if you need to diagnose an unexpected behavior with your Liteboxer Go sensors.
Punch Detection
A certain amount of arm movement is required for your Liteboxer Go sensors to detect punching. If you are punching below this threshold, some punches may not get picked up causing the targets to not light up. In most cases, your sensors are likely not picking up your movement as opposed to being damaged. Try punching with a quicker return to starting position (snapping your fist back to guard position faster), as this is the major movement your sensors will identify.
To make sure your sensors are registering your hits, check that your sensors are fully charged (by checking the sensor lights are solid green in the charging case when connected to power). If there is no solid green light, you may want to try a different USB cable or power source. Then pair your sensors in the Liteboxer app and open "Freestyle" workout. Drop the sensor a few inches high onto a solid surface. If your punch count goes up from the drop, then your sensor is working correctly. If the punch count does not go up, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
Pairing
If you are getting stuck at the Bluetooth pairing stage, try turning off your sensor by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds, and click the back button on the app to return to the previous screen. Then attempt the pairing process again.
Environmental Exposure
While your Liteboxer Go sensors are ready for outdoor workouts, the charging case is not. Please do not expose the charging case to the elements (rain, snow, excessive humidity, etc).
Audio Calibration
If you are punching correctly, but receiving red lights on your targets when working out, you may need to recalibrate your audio in the Liteboxer app. Go to your app settings, and tap "Audio Calibration" to calibrate the lights by tapping the icon in the middle of the screen to the drum beat.
