Total Body workouts are full-body workouts using interactive virtual elements along with a Litesport trainer to guide you.
You'll workout your whole body with a variety of Total Body elements:
- Duck Ropes
- Lunge Lines
- Slip Ropes
- Rope Swings
- Battle Ropes
- Speed Bags
Your score will go up for each movement you complete and is shown in real time at the top center of the screen. Duck ropes will challenge you to squat underneath the ropes as they move over the top of your head, while the battle ropes will appear in your hands as you slam them into the hovering targets.
Lunge lines will move towards you at an angle, and turn green when you lunge under them. When the speed bag appears above your head, strike it as many times as you can for a point per hit!
For rope swings, move your arms across your body and down into the rope on the left or right side. Your trainer will guide you on which side to hit first.
At the end of your a Total Body workout, you'll see your overall score, good hits, longest streak, calories burned and more on the results screen.
